ALIANDYANDYZ offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of delivery of item. If the item is received after the 14 days, you will be issued a store credit.

No return policy on bathing suits, undergarments, or Final Sale Items.

All items marked CUSTOM ORDER, are not eligible for returns or price adjustments. Please Be sure to check the Description of the item, as luxury materials and Jewelry are custom ordered.

ALIANDYANDYZ does not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and ALIANDANDYZ reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.   ALIANDANDYZ are not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.  Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients.
